In this 3D Animated Rendering of a private house the animation shows how the flat will look like after a massive refurbishment process. The Exterior are been designed based on the real world and lights. The model was made in Google Sketchup and the materials, the animations and the lights its been processed in Artlantis Studio 3. the final montage was made in Adobe Premiere and After Effects CS5.
